Is collateral is required?
Often we do not require collateral. However, here are some examples of the type of information we use to determine if collateral will be required:
- Accused person’s past arrest history
- Whether or not accused person is local to St Lucie County
- If you are employed
- How are you related to the accused
- How long have you and accused have known each other
